Charlie Brown​

Director of Regional Programs, Singapore

Charlie Brown has served as the Maritime Domain Awareness Advisor to US Pacific Fleet the Plans Officer with US Navy's Military Sealift Command in Singapore. Before becoming a civil servant, he was a supply officer in the US Navy serving on the Submarine USS Honolulu (SSN-718) and later at COMLOG WESTPAC in Singapore. Charlie studied Science & Technology Studies at Cornell University, in Ithaca, NY. His security focus area is Maritime Security Capacity Building in South East Asia.
