On 6 July 2023 YCAPS supported the University of Bristol and the University of Leeds deliver a workshop entitled: UK-ASEAN Relations: Towards Sustainable, Enduring and Equitable Partnerships. The workshop assemble policy professional and researchers from every ASEAN nation to discuss opportunities in a range of areas to include maritime security, connectivity and trade. YCAPS Free & Open Indo-Pacific Fellow Dr. Scott Edwards served as the event's principal planner and chair.
