On Friday, September 14th, twelve YCAPS members were treated to an electric showdown between bitter rugby rivals, the hometown favorites Suntory Sungoliaths and the visitors Kobe Steelers. Tickets were graciously donated by a loyal YCAPS regular. Set against a backdrop of light rain in Chichibunomiya Stadium in Tokyo, YCAPS members enjoyed good conversation over beers and stadium fare of corndogs and karaage (Japanese fried chicken). This event served as an opportunity for YCAPS members to socialize in a more informal setting outside the typical lecture and field trip series.
