YCAPS President John Bradford delivers Keynote at a Maritime Security Conference in Manila

YCAPS President John Bradford delivered the keynote presentation at the Philippine Navy's Maritime Security Symposium 2019. Titled, "Effective Ocean Governance through Regional Partnerships," the symposium was organized by Office of Naval Strategic Studies - Philippine Navy and attended by senior international experts including the Flag Officer in Command, Philippine Navy, Vice Admiral Robert Empedrad. CDR Bradford's presentation provided an analytical framework for evaluating and enhance ocean governance as the key component of maritime security.
