YCAPS' Tuan Pham: "Watch out Rim of the Pacific, a Rim of China may be on the horizon"

YCAPS Treasurer Tuan Pham published an article on East Asia Forum, focusing on China's recent behaviors at the South China Sea (SCS) and the use of RIMCHN to push forward Chinese interest. He argued that RIMCHN serves Beijing's interest in excluding non-ASEAN states from the SCS and replacing the American-led Shangri-La Dialogue (SLD).
