On 11 March, YCAPS facilitated a training event to the officers of USS Chancellorsville while the ship was in port at Yokosuka, Japan. Blake Herzinger addressed the topic: Things Every FDNF-Japan Sailor should know before deploying to Southeast Asia. John Bradford provided an overview of the JUMP organization and mission. 28 people were in attendance.
