On Sunday, October 23rd , Sociology Professor Dr. Kyle Cleveland lead YCAPS members on a tour of the Yokohama area. Along the way, some of the sites that the group stopped at were the newly opened Japanese Overseas Migration Museum, the famous Red Brick Warehouses, the Japan Coast Guard Museum, the Yokohama Foreign General Cemetery, and the migrant working district (Kotobukicho). In between visiting these locations, the group had many opportunities to take in the beautiful views that Yokohama has to offer, such as the sweeping view of the bay and Tokyo skyline from atop the Yokohama bluff. The tour ended with a group dinner in Chinatown. Thank you to all who joined us!
