Dr. Shinji Yamaguchi of the National Institute for Defense Studies (NIDS) presented on "China's Quest for Control of the Cognitive Domain and Grey Zone Situations" at Werk Yokosuka on January 25, 2023. This marks the second seminar in Yokosuka as a part of the YCAPS-SPF Community Conversations seminar series. Led by discussant Dr. Corey Wallace (Kanagawa University) and moderator Ed Thompson, over 40 participants joined for a lively discussion following Dr. Yamaguchi's presentation, once again highlighting Yokosuka's vibrant thought community of security practitioners, scholars, students, and curious community members.
